I’m Martina Erdmeier. I’m a seasoned REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC and a proud SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I take a simple approach to real estate. Show up, stay hands-on, and put my clients first.

I’m a solo agent by choice, which means when you work with me, you get me at the showings, during inspections, through negotiations, and at the closing table. No hand-offs. No “someone from my team will call you.” Just consistent guidance, clear communication, and an experienced professional in your corner from start to finish.

Proudly serving Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding counties of Cumberland, Hoke, Harnett, Sampson, Johnston, and Wake, I specialize in working with seniors, residential sales and military relocations. I understand how fast PCS timelines move and how stressful transitions can feel, so I focus on making the process organized, strategic, and as smooth as possible. Qualifications & Experience
With a track record of over $6M in annual sales and an average of 24–30 homes closed each year, I bring both experience and momentum to every transaction. I’m highly knowledgeable in military relocations, helping servicemen and servicewomen navigate timelines, VA loan considerations, and the logistics that come with moving. This often happens on short notice. I also stay consistently informed on market statistics and trends, so my clients receive real-time insight and advice based on what’s actually happening in the market. Not just opinions.

A High-Touch, Client-First Experience
Real estate isn’t just paperwork. It’s timing, strategy, and a lot of moving parts. I write offers, review disclosures, negotiate terms, and coordinate closely with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and contractors to keep everything moving in the right direction. I also work with a transaction coordinator who helps keep paperwork organized and deadlines on track, so the process stays clean and efficient. I remain hands-on every step of the way.

I’m easily accessible via text and email from 7 AM to 7 PM, and I’m known for communication that’s clear, transparent, and timely. My clients never have to wonder what’s happening or what comes next. There’s no such thing as a silly question here.
